Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NAATI Vocab mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

NAATI Vocab is an educational mobile application designed to help users learn vocabulary in seven languages — Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, and Spanish — each paired with English, particularly for NAATI (National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters) exam preparation. The App provides:

• A comprehensive vocabulary library of over 4,200 terms across seven languages, each with English definitions and example sentences
• Multiple practice modes — flashcards, quizzes, listening, and typed translation
• Search and sorting features
• Customizable appearance settings

A free version of the App provides a sample of the vocabulary and basic practice modes. A one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("NAATIVocab Pro") unlocks the full vocabulary library and all practice modes.

In-App Purchases

"NAATIVocab Pro" is a one-time purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently for the purchasing Apple ID across that user's devices. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; we do not process payments directly. Because the purchase is non-consumable, it can be restored at no additional cost via the "Restore Purchase" option in Settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy. The Pro price is shown in your local currency at the time of purchase and may change for future purchasers.

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful vocabulary content:

• We do not guarantee that using this App will result in passing any NAATI examination
• We do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all vocabulary content
• Users should supplement their studies with official NAATI materials and resources

Intellectual Property Rights

App Ownership

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by AAG Studios and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Vocabulary Content

The vocabulary content provided in the App is compiled for educational purposes. While we have made efforts to ensure accuracy, the content should be used as a study aid alongside other authoritative sources.

Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works from the App
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial educational purposes
• Not attempt to harm the App or interfere with its functionality
• Not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

App Availability and Updates

Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• We reserve the right to restrict access to certain features

Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality or fix bugs. Updates may:

• Be required for continued use of the App
• Change features or functionality
• Require you to accept updated Terms

Limitation of Liability

No Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of content

Limitation of Damages

AAG Studios shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from exam failures
• Damages resulting from inaccurate vocabulary content

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAG Studios from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will cease immediately
• You must delete the App from your device

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AAG Studios regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements.
